Child and Family Sexual Reproductive Health

Under this core program area, COFCAWE trains couples, in and out of school boys and girls on SRHR, Domestic Violence Prevention, STDs/HIV/AIDS prevention and hygiene and sanitation.

COFCAWE conducts community trainings for parents with the aim of equipping them with skills on parent child communication particularly in regard to discussing sexuality. This is because the social networks which used to play the role of nurturing (senga-aunt) has broken down due to the individualistic tendences in many families today.
